Pamela Biron Headshot

Pamela Biron

Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public

Pamela was born in Toronto, but raised in a rural farming area in Norfolk county. She moved to Ottawa to obtain her undergraduate and law degrees, and was called to the bar in 2010.

Pamela's goal was always to practice in a small community, where she felt she could make the most difference for her clients. She started out in a small, three lawyer office in Smiths Falls, Ontario, where she gained her love of Family Law. In 2014, she moved to Swarbrick Law in Almonte, Ontario and focused her practice on solving issues in a collaborative way. While she continues to deal with matters in court when required, she has found that her clients are most satisfied when they can save money for their children's education, and when their levels of stress and conflict are reduced.

In 2019, she finally moved back to Southern Ontario to be closer to her own family and get away from the frigid Ottawa winters.

Pamela is formally trained in collaborative family, and is a member of the Elgin County Law Association.

When she is not lawyering, Pamela enjoys travelling, riding her motorcycle, running and is a major foodie. She's always keen on hearing any suggestion of a great bakery or restaurant to try out!

Legal Assistant: Myrna Hamilton

Myrna was born and raised in Elgin County.  She grew up on a dairy farm with a large family, including 7 siblings.

Myrna has been employed her entire life as an assistant in law firms in St. Thomas.  As a result, she is familiar with the local family law lawyer and court staff, as well as the various community resources our clients may need help from while going through a separation.

In her free time, Myrna enjoys preserving fruits and vegetables with her family, and reading a good book.  The rest of her time is spent with family, friends and a cup of coffee.
